  The Scholarship from Hell is the only scholarship offered by the Horror Writers Association (HWA) that puts the recipient right into the intensive, hands-on workshop environment of Horror University, which takes place during StokerCon®. StokerCon Update

Hello! Fifty days until StokerCon begins and we have another update. Rooms in our reservation block at the Curtis Hotel, where we will hold the convention, are filling up. No rooms remain available for Wednesday. Rooms for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday are over 80% booked. Group Reservation Cutoff Date: Our discounted group rate cutoff is April 11, 2022. After that, rooms can be reserved based on hotel availability and at the normal hotel rate. Our group rate is $175 per night. The normal hotel rate starts at $300 per night.
