Mark Allen Biography Born in Jacksonville, Texas, 1961. I can remember when LBJ was President. U.S. Navy, retired 1980-2001. I was a U.S. Navy Independent Duty Hospital Corpsman (HM-8425) and a Fleet Marine Force (FMF) Warfare Specialist. Deployments included the Middle East, North Africa, Central America.
