Happy New Year!
The December meeting of the HWA Ontario Chapter went well as we planned out some of our goals for the coming year.
Our next meeting will be Tuesday, January 9, at 7 p.m. at The Madison Pub.
Chapter member Andrew Robertson has a short story in Volume 1 of a new biannual magazine edited by MF Wahl; Stitched Smile Publications is launching the magazine worldwide on January 18. “The Erastes Poultice” is a disturbing Lovecraftian origin story of sorts. It continues Andrew’s journey into what queer horror can look like, and how the lines between sex and horror can be blurred with a few simple acts.
Sèphera Girón finally published “Gilda and the Prince,” which is a short erotic horror story originally slated to be in a Dark Fuse Erotique anthology, but, unfortunately, Dark Fuse is no more. However, Scarlett Publishing picked up the short story, and it’s been published on several platforms in both e-book and print. “Gilda and the Prince” print version: http://a.co/4S9Wlwp; “Gilda and the Prince” e-book version: http://a.co/iRDGVHW.

Have a great month!
